About the Role

Clement Reddy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account dietary needs and restrictions.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train in caregiving skills and techniques.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate changing client needs.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
