About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Buyer to join our team at KOKKO Made Enterprise Inc. as a key member of our procurement department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Supplier Relationships

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.

Inventory Management

They will be responsible for maintaining adequate stock levels, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and managed to meet the needs of our business.

Negotiation and Contract Management

The candidate will negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers, ensuring that our company receives the best possible deals.

Product Sourcing and Selection

They will review the requirements of our establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase, selecting and purchasing products that meet our quality and pricing standards.

Market Research and Analysis

The successful candidate will visit trade shows, showrooms, factories, and product design events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the market.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word is essential for this role.
