Responsibilities
  • Care for Pets: Provide regular care and attention to our clients' pets, including feeding, walking, and playtime.
  • Administer Medications: Safely administer medications to our clients as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
  • Assist with Personal Hygiene: Assist our clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Exercise and Activity: Encourage and assist our clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical and mental well-being.
  • Household Chores: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to our clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Hold a valid CPR Certificate and any other relevant certifications.
  • Language: Speak English fluently and have excellent communication skills.
  • Availability: Be available to work a 40-44 hour week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Education: Have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a caregiving role or equivalent experience.
