We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandising Specialist to work independently at multiple retail locations, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Execute in-store conditions by completing core fundamentals, including cleaning the bulk section, accurately ordering product, and maintaining a sufficient level of backroom stock.
- Full service requirements for filling bulk sections, gondolas, and other areas of the store.
- Seasonal management of team to complete audits of Intuit Turbo Tax across multiple retail banners.
- Build relationships with in-store staff to mutually succeed and drive sales.
- Provide support to Team Leaders by offering store-level insights and driving additional support needs.
- Support Independent Contractors or surrounding stores in your agreed-upon coverage area.
- 2-3 years of sales experience with merchandising and/or consumer packaged goods.
- Ability to understand and communicate sales reports, as well as business acumen.
- Positive and outgoing personality, outstanding communication skills, and high level of attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy skills and ability to use email with proper connotations.
- Reliable vehicle and smartphone necessary for executing this role.
