About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Leader to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a Clinical Practice Leader, you will play a key role in designing and overseeing pharmaceutical care services, supervising and coordinating clinical activities among our skilled pharmacists, and formulating and upholding practice standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement pharmaceutical care services that meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders
  • Supervise and coordinate clinical activities among our pharmacists, ensuring high-quality patient care
  • Formulate and uphold practice standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Collaborate with local and regional pharmacy leaders, managers, intensivists, respirologists, and nursing leaders to achieve departmental and regional pharmacy initiatives
