- Evaluate and implement computer hardware, networking software, and operating systems.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to network users.
- Conduct routine network start-up and shutdown procedures while maintaining control records.
- Perform data backups and manage disaster recovery operations.
- Implement network traffic and security monitoring tools to enhance server performance.
- Oversee web server backup and recovery processes.
- Supervise and guide technical staff in their duties.
- Basic security clearance is required.
- Confidential security clearance may be necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
