We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor/Manager to join our team at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill in Orangeville. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and serve high-quality menu items.
  • Develop and implement recipes, menus, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
  • Proven track record of leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as local health regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
