Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Elegant Apparel is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and make informed sales decisions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a high level of sales productivity, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing transactions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Clothing store
  • Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, repetitive tasks, and standing for extended periods
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Personal Suitability: Efficiency, hardworking, positive attitude, flexibility, reliability, and team player
