We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Live-in Nanny to join our team at Dorcas Thomas. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
Responsibilities- Household Management: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Childcare: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
- Supervision and Care: Supervise and care for children, ensuring their emotional well-being is nurtured.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Security Clearance: A criminal record check, vulnerable sector check, and basic security clearance are required.
The successful candidate will work in a non-smoking, scent-free environment, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all household members.
Language and Work ConditionsThe primary language spoken in the household is English, and the successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week.
