About the Role

Cielo Talent is seeking a highly experienced Senior Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve plant performance, productivity, and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 6-8 direct reports, including dotted line functions of Finance, HSSE, and Logistics.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing technology best practices.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Drive plant performance success through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, including Daily Management, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Financial Management: Develop and deploy strategies to achieve short-term and long-term objectives, ensuring the effective use of resources.
  • Communication: Interface with various stakeholders, including Company engineers, strategic sourcing, project management, human resources, logistics, customer service, and accounting personnel.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, particularly in oilfield applications.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in machining and/or assembly processes, Lean Manufacturing, and supply chain management.
  • Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience with multiple direct reports.
  • Language: Ability to interact in English.
