Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve plant performance, productivity, and quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 6-8 direct reports, including dotted line functions of Finance, HSSE, and Logistics.
- Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing technology best practices.
- Lean Manufacturing: Drive plant performance success through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, including Daily Management, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Financial Management: Develop and deploy strategies to achieve short-term and long-term objectives, ensuring the effective use of resources.
- Communication: Interface with various stakeholders, including Company engineers, strategic sourcing, project management, human resources, logistics, customer service, and accounting personnel.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, particularly in oilfield applications.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in machining and/or assembly processes, Lean Manufacturing, and supply chain management.
- Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience with multiple direct reports.
- Language: Ability to interact in English.
