About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Teranorth Construction & Engineering Limited. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Concrete Finishing: Impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all concrete surfaces meet the required standards of quality and finish.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Site Environment: You will be working in a dusty, outdoors environment with exposure to cold, hot, and wet conditions.
  • Physical Demands: You will be required to work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, and lift heavy materials.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required for this role.
  • Work Schedule: You will be required to work 30 to 44 hours per week.
