About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to lead our customer service team. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising
- Support the store manager in achieving sales goals, through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Lead and motivate the customer service team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and employee relations
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales goals and achieving customer satisfaction
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
