Purpose and Scope:
As a key contributor within a specialized team focused on digital expertise, you will play an essential role in advancing our digital initiatives within our agile organization. Our agile operational model comprises two elements – Digital Capability and Digital Execution. A Business & Technical Analyst serves a multifaceted role that connects business requirements with technical solutions. This position entails analyzing and converting business needs into technical specifications, ensuring that the developed solutions align with business objectives and user requirements. The role demands a combination of business insight, understanding of technical frameworks, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs, goals, and objectives. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and define requirements for solutions.
- Technical Specification Development: Convert business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications that guide the development of software applications, systems, or processes. Ensure these specifications meet both business needs and technical standards.
- Solution Design and Recommendation: Partner with digital and software development teams to design solutions that satisfy business requirements. Assess potential technical solutions for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, requirements, and constraints. Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather feedback and achieve consensus.
- Project Management Support: Assist in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and progress tracking. Ensure projects remain on schedule to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Engage in the testing of developed solutions to confirm they meet defined requirements and standards. Help identify and document bugs or issues for resolution.
- Training and Support: Create training materials and provide support to users on new systems or applications. Ensure end-users are equipped to utilize the new solutions effectively.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation related to business requirements, technical specifications, project plans, and reports to ensure knowledge is captured and disseminated.
