Experienced Farmhand Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Farmhand & Farm Machinery Operator to join our team at Select People Solutions. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care for our livestock, operating and maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring the overall health and safety of our farm environment.

• Calf Care: Provide daily care for calves, ensuring they are well-fed, healthy, and in a clean environment.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain feeding systems, tractors, and other farm machinery.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Regularly clean pens and equipment to maintain a healthy environment for the animals.
• Record Keeping: Accurately record calf health and feeding schedules, demonstrating attention to detail.
• General Farm Work: Assist with maintenance and repairs as needed, showing a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary.

• Reliability: Consistently show up and be ready to take on the day's tasks.
• Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a commitment to hard work, with the ability to handle long hours and demanding physical tasks.
• Reliable Transportation: Class 5 preferred.

• Previous experience in working with livestock.
• Commercial Driver's License.
