Financial Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Ontario Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and designing and managing investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring the company's financial goals are met.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure financial operations are efficient and effective.
  • Investment Strategies: Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
