Position Overview

The role of a Culinary Support Staff at 2635817 Ontario Inc. involves a variety of essential tasks aimed at maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Setting: Arrange clean dishes, cutlery, and other dining items in serving areas.
  • Linen Management: Carry and replace linens as needed.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and disinfect items including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Cleaning Tasks: Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Storage Management: Organize and place dishes in designated storage areas.
  • Supply Replenishment: Restock condiments and other essentials at tables and serving areas.
  • Hand Washing: Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items.
  • Food Packaging: Prepare take-out food orders.
