Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meats for processing by cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Skillfully cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet production needs.
  • Respond to customer requests by preparing special cuts of meat.
  • Execute standard cuts of meat with precision.
  • Wrap and package meats for distribution.
  • Remove bones from meat as required.
  • Accurately weigh meats for sale.
  • Disassemble poultry into parts for various uses.
Work Conditions and Physical Demands
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in meat processing or a similar field.
