Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store General Manager in creating and achieving store profit plans, and execute store operations to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to store associates, and lead by example to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, and ensure that all associates are trained to provide a high level of service to customers.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Assist in maintaining unit and pricing integrity, and drive sales growth through effective merchandising and sales strategies.
  • Associate Development: Provide training and development opportunities to store associates, and identify and develop high-potential leaders for future roles.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of related retail experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, analytical ability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, with a focus on leadership and sales growth.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a team environment, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
