Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at Private Household. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide personal care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Assist with meal preparation and feeding clients as needed.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing medication.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Certificate, CPR Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

As a Home Care Worker with Private Household, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel on a regular basis.
