We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at 13705943 Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong financial management skills, strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

The primary language of work is English.Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
