Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. O/A All Stay Suites. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
