Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Star Logistics Ltd.

About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  2. Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation
  3. Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
  5. Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
