About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Regional IoT Sales Specialist to join our team at Teltonika Canada. As a key member of our Telematics Sales team, you will be responsible for developing B2B partnerships and selling IoT products to clients in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and generate leads to identify potential clients
  • Build relationships with clients and negotiate commercial offers to achieve assigned sales goals
  • Work with our in-house CRM system to log accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the North American market
  • Good understanding of customer relations and motivation to work in B2B sales
  • Ambition to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities with innovative IoT products
What We Offer
  • On-site training during probation (3 months), followed by a hybrid arrangement (2 days from home, 3 in office)
  • Training on Teltonika's internal systems, sales process, and product-related topics
  • Dental, Life, AD&D, Vision Care, and Extended Health care insurance fully funded by the company, after probation
  • Base salary of 60-85k CAD depending on experience (mid-end range requires experience with similar products or industry) + uncapped commissions
