About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team at CHUFF HOUSE. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Respond to electronic enquiries and provide accurate and helpful information to customers and stakeholders.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
    • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping
    • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and provide assistance and support to help them integrate into our community.
  • Support for Youths
    • Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, and provide assistance and support to help young people develop their skills and find employment.
  • Support for Indigenous People
    • Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, and provide assistance and support to help them access employment opportunities and develop their skills.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Work 40 hours per week, and be available to work flexible hours as needed.
