Job Title: General Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled General Construction Labourer to join our team at MDR Design+Build Inc. As a General Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in the construction process, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
Work Environment:

As a General Construction Labourer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, often at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own transportation and vehicle
  • Willingness to travel and work at heights
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
