Job Summary

The Security Guard Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring that they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact the security of our clients.
  • Train and develop the skills of security guards, ensuring that they are equipped to handle a range of situations.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other departments within the company.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Work Environment

The Security Guard Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role will require the ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency situations.
