Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Representative, you will:
• Offer knowledgeable technical assistance and troubleshooting for network, Internet, cable, satellite, digital phone, and computer-related issues.
• Communicate with customers via electronic means and phone to identify and document their technical difficulties.
• Diagnose and resolve customer-reported technical problems.
• Utilize internal software, tools, and guides to research and implement solutions for customer issues.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and solutions for future reference by other representatives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while adhering to support guidelines.
• Educate customers on maximizing the benefits of our products and services, seeking opportunities to enhance customer experiences.
• Promote and articulate the features and advantages of our offerings.
• Employ effective time management and multitasking skills to uphold high service standards.
• Identify and escalate potential service issues as necessary.
Who You Are
• Proficient with computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting various technologies.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail, sales, or call center environments, is advantageous.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team success.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• A positive attitude and customer-focused approach, enabling you to handle challenging situations with integrity and empathy.
Work Environment
This role will eventually operate 24/7, and we seek candidates with flexible availability. This is a permanent position.
