About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Everything Keto Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish and maintain effective operational processes and procedures
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Human Resources and Development
    • Select and develop middle managers and directors
    • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience and Education
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
