About the Role

Tee Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Material Handling: Assist in the transportation and placement of materials, equipment, and supplies on construction sites.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean and maintain construction sites, including removing debris, rubble, and other waste materials.
  • Equipment Operation: Assist in the operation of construction equipment, such as cranes, forklifts, and other machinery.
  • Assisting Craft Workers: Provide support to skilled craft workers, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, by performing tasks such as mixing materials, applying finishes, and assisting with installations.
  • Quality Control: Assist in maintaining quality control standards by inspecting work in progress and reporting any defects or issues to supervisors.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other laborers, craft workers, and supervisors to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with frequent lifting, carrying, and bending.
  • Manual Dexterity: The ability to use hand tools, operate equipment, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to maintain attention to detail and follow instructions to ensure quality work.
  • Teamwork and Communication: The ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate with colleagues and supervisors, and respond to feedback and instructions.
