Marketing and Business Development Researcher

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Business Development Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to inform business development strategies and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Professional Services Sector.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop creative solutions.
  • Conduct in-person, telephone, and online assessments to gather opinions on products and services.
  • Analyze data and create detailed research reports to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of market research or insights experience with Qualitative and Quantitative market research tools and methods.
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, PPT) and Google Suite.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party vendors to construct research.
  • Proactive with asking questions and following up.
Preferred Skills:
  • SPSS experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
