Job Description

Job Summary:

  1. Design and implement APIs and configurations to meet business requirements.
  2. Define workflows and processes to optimize business operations.
  3. Architect and implement solutions to meet business needs.
  4. Understand and analyze business aspects to provide technical solutions.
  5. Augment the existing team with technical expertise.
  6. Work with clients in the telecom or utilities industry.
  7. Ramp up the team quickly to meet business demands.
  8. Hire experienced professionals to meet business needs.
  9. Migrate clients from Dynamics CRM and Great Plains to Salesforce.
  10. Work with Salesforce experts who are certified.

Requirements:

  1. Experience with API design and implementation.
  2. Knowledge of workflow and process design.
  3. Ability to architect and implement technical solutions.
  4. Understanding of business aspects and technical solutions.
  5. Experience working with teams and clients.
  6. Ability to ramp up quickly and meet business demands.
  7. Experience hiring and managing technical teams.
  8. Knowledge of Salesforce and its applications.
