Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Golf and Commercial Turf Sales Consultant to enhance our operations. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional products to our clients across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and NW Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular updates and face-to-face interactions.
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects while nurturing customer connections.
- Prepare detailed quotes and facilitate equipment demonstrations.
- Oversee inventory management and contribute to purchasing strategies.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and adhere to the established sales process.
- Participate in trade shows, clinics, and various events to promote our offerings.
Essential Skills
To thrive in this position, you should possess:
- Strong sales acumen and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
Required experience includes:
- A valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of Golf and/or Commercial Turf equipment is advantageous.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma is preferred.
- Professional sales training or specific training related to John Deere products is beneficial.
