Jardeg is seeking skilled Journeyperson and Apprentice Scaffolders to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team for an upcoming turnaround project.

Join a dedicated team of professionals who have been delivering exceptional results in the industrial sector for many years. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and secure scaffold access while maintaining high safety standards.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors to meet project expectations.
  • Design scaffolding systems that comply with site specifications, material requirements, and CSA standards.
  • Implement safe work practices in an industrial environment, utilizing Task Hazard Assessments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in assembling, dismantling, and modifying various scaffold systems.
  • Knowledge of isometric drawings is considered an asset.
  • Support team members and engage in skills transfer initiatives.
  • Prioritize daily tasks while managing materials efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal.
  • Valid apprenticeship.
  • Successful completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test.
