About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ninja Japanese and Korean Cuisine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Development

Develop and implement new menu ideas that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to our customers' tastes.

Staff Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service and high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Cost Control

Manage our kitchen budget to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations

Language

Fluent in English
