Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthodontist to join our team at Corus Orthodontists. As an Associate Orthodontist, you will play a central role in driving practice performance, leading a high-performing team, and enhancing the patient experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treatment: Develop and implement effective treatment plans, delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes for over 2,000 active patients.
  • Patient Acquisition: Educate patients on the value of orthodontic treatment, converting potential patients into active treatment.
  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate a high-functioning team, fostering a collaborative practice environment.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community events, volunteer engagements, and networking opportunities with the local dental community.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of systems and processes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with peers across the Corus network to drive success.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Certified Specialist in Orthodontics.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead a high-functioning team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to work both strategically and tactically.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
