Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Strategist to join our team at Sonu Hair Cut Ltd. as an Executive Vice President of Operations. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, and the ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and have a strong team player mentality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work in a team environment.
  • Initiative and ability to take on new challenges.
Work Environment

This role will be based in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre, with a budgetary responsibility of $1,500,001 - $4,000,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Excel and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
