Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and outline the marketing budget for the dealer and exclusive tire programs;
  • Effectively oversee the Marketing Funds initiative and develop a marketing strategy in collaboration with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs);
  • Engage with dealerships and OEMs to discuss and refine marketing strategies;
  • Identify program features and value propositions for the dealer segment;
  • Collaborate with various automotive manufacturers to create and execute omni-channel B2C marketing campaigns;
  • Contribute to the marketing strategy for the retail sales channel by focusing on branding, program attributes, value propositions, activity schedules, and media campaigns;

Success Factors

  • Expertise: A University degree in business administration with a focus on marketing is essential, along with extensive experience (10 years) in business development and marketing. A strong passion for marketing and a keen interest in the automotive sector, particularly in tire distribution, are vital;
  • Language Skills: You possess excellent communication skills and a creative flair for crafting messages for diverse audiences in both French and English (oral and written). *(Bilingualism is essential for candidates based in Montreal. If located in Burlington, only English proficiency is necessary)*;
