Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Sagittarius Cargo Services. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Plans
Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
Coordinate Logistics OperationsOversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the coordination of activities with other work units or departments.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesOrganize and maintain inventory, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Lead a TeamSupervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews as needed.
Ensure Security and SafetyEnsure that all security and safety protocols are followed, including conducting criminal record checks as required.
Work in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
