Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and maintaining floors, hallways, and stairs through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing.
  • Disposing of waste by emptying trash cans and other containers.
  • Washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Coordinating with contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Caring for plants, lawns, and gardens as needed.
  • Disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Performing snow and ice removal from walkways and parking areas.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision.
Physical and Work Conditions

The role may involve:

  • Repetitive tasks requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Experience

No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The working language is English.
