Position Overview

Bison Excavation & Demolition Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination: Schedule and manage project activities effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other supervisors and project managers to align work efforts.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on-site.
  • Planning: Develop strategies to meet project timelines.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand project blueprints and drawings.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend staffing decisions and manage worker performance.
  • Material Management: Order necessary materials and supplies for projects.
  • Supervision: Oversee a team of 5-10 workers, providing guidance and support.
  • Training: Facilitate training sessions for team members.
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work under pressure and manage overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will be organized, client-focused, and a strong team player.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
