About the Role:

Cineplex Entertainment is seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Rec Room Brentwood. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, taking orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure they are delivered promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including daily specials and promotions.
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Restock supplies and linens as needed.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
