**Job Summary**

Vintage Hotels is seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests in a fast-paced banquet environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure that beverage stock is properly stocked and maintained to meet the demands of our events.
  • Take orders from guests, prepare drinks, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring that every guest's order is complete and served in a timely manner.
  • Prepare drinks according to orders rung through our point-of-sale system.
  • Process transactions, manage cash floats, and handle deposits in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Report to the Banquet Captain, who oversees the function or event.

**Requirements:**

  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist.
  • Comfortable working in a casual, fast-paced environment.
