Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Red Seal Journeyman Electrician with crane experience to take on a supervisory role within our organization. This position involves overseeing a small team, ensuring that all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections and assessments of vehicles and equipment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather information for repair estimates and manage sales leads.
- Handle incoming communications from field operatives and inspectors, providing necessary information to planning teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while coordinating schedules with planners.
- Engage in fieldwork, including repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, project management, installations, and warranty services.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification.
- Local residency is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with cranes is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage of $53.00.
