About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Information Systems Specialist to join our team at GLOBAL RESOURCE AUTO RECYCLING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the integrity of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks to ensure optimal functionality
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues using user guides, technical manuals, and other documents
  • Install and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions to meet the needs of our organization
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflict situations in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
