The role involves adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the latest industry standards to ensure quality and reliability in laboratory results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced analytical instruments including HPLC-UV, fluorescence, and ELSD for precise chemical analysis.
- Conduct thorough analysis, documentation, and interpretation of data, summarizing findings effectively.
- Respond to Quality Assurance (QA) feedback and implement necessary adjustments.
- Assist in the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Engage in additional tasks as assigned to support laboratory objectives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Proficiency with analytical equipment such as HPLC and GC is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Expertise in data analysis and technical report writing is necessary.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar capacity is required.
