Release Manager

As a key member of our team at Your Creative People, the Release Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient deployment of our games across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management or release management roles, with a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the release processes for all our games, ensuring timely and successful deployment of updates and new features.
- Coordinate with product managers, QA teams, developers, and other stakeholders to plan and oversee the deployment of each release.
- Plan and manage release schedules and milestones, ensuring alignment with platform and game teams.
- Own the upload of all required assets and coordinate with ASO teams to ensure experiment assets are aligned and in the correct locations.
- Prepare and distribute release notes and deployment guides to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management or release management roles.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Technical proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
