Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Hotel Night Auditor at ALMAC MOTOR HOTEL. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and maintaining the integrity of our hotel's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Room Assignments: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and manage room reservations.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures to ensure guest safety and security.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an asset.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with extended periods of standing.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and resourcefulness.
Work Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
