Program Details:

The Wealth Management Associate Program spans five months and is a paid opportunity designed for individuals with a sales-oriented mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to pursue a career in credit-centric banking. This program emphasizes the development of essential credit assessment and relationship management capabilities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree, or possess relevant experience in client relationship management and financial advisory.
  • Completed coursework necessary for registration with the provincial securities commission to qualify for mutual fund sales licensing.
  • Aspiring to establish a career as a personal banker.
  • A curious and analytical thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys teamwork.
  • Possesses a sales-driven and relationship-focused approach.
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Adaptable and able to excel in fast-paced settings.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Values constructive feedback and actively seeks personal development opportunities.
