Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 staff members
    • Assign and review tasks to ensure efficient operation of the hotel
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and support
    • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities and equipment
    • Coordinate repairs and maintenance to ensure business continuity
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve business goals
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel. The work schedule will be approximately 30 to 40 hours per week.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
