Convenience Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our convenience store operations at Leader Highway Kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Customer Service: Evaluate and improve customer service standards, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage store budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or convenience store management role.
- Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Support for Indigenous People: Provides cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
